For a signed-in Accredited member: the progress of deep dives started with start_deep_dives. Call it about every 30 seconds until the status is complete or failed, then get_off_market_results shows what was found.

For a signed-in Accredited member: estimate how many off-market businesses a search would source and how many credits it would use, against the member's remaining credits. Sourcing costs 1 credit per business new to the member. Call this before start_off_market_search and show the user the numbers. Accredited sources by city and radius or by whole state; for a county, offer the main city with a radius, or statewide.

For a signed-in Accredited member: a one-hour download link to an Excel spreadsheet of an off-market search's businesses, with owners and contacts for deep-dived ones. Give the user the link to open.

For a signed-in Accredited member: the member's saved-deal lists, with ids for save_to_pipeline.

list_my_lists

For a signed-in Accredited member: the businesses an off-market search found, best fit first, with any valuation range and contacts from deep dives the member already ran. fit_grade is Accredited's A to D fit for the search. Results are paged; total is the count after filters. min_estimated_cash_flow keeps businesses whose estimated cash flow high end is at least that many dollars, and only valued businesses can match. Call it once get_off_market_search_status says the search is complete.

For a signed-in Accredited member: how many credits deep dives on businesses from an off-market search would use, against the member's remaining credits. Only work a business is still missing is charged. Show the user credits_needed and ask them to agree before calling start_deep_dives.

quote_deep_dives

For a signed-in Accredited member: save businesses to the member's deal pipeline. Pass listing_ids from search_for_sale_businesses and/or off_market_record_ids (record_id from get_off_market_results), up to 50 of each at a time. Optionally add them to one of the member's lists (list_id from list_my_lists or create_list) or put them in a pipeline stage. Saving the same business twice is safe.

save_to_pipeline

For a signed-in Accredited member: search businesses for sale listed by 7,500+ brokerages, deduped. Filter by keywords, industry, states, cities or counties, cash flow and asking price (whole dollars). Results come in pages with the real total: offer the next page or the Accredited link rather than presenting one page as the full set. Give at least one filter. Each result has an id to pass to save_to_pipeline and a link to the listing on Accredited.
