Ask for what you actually want and the connector searches the live catalogue: builder, model, asking price, length, year, number of cabins, cruising area, and sail or power. Results come back as cards you can look through without leaving the conversation — photographs, asking price, length, cabins and where the boat is lying. Tap one and the full listing opens in place, with the description, the specification and whether you are dealing with a broker or the owner. You can also put two to four boats side by side on the specifications that actually decide between them, or ask which builders currently have boats for sale before you have narrowed anything down. Everything is read-only and nothing is submitted on your behalf. When you want to enquire, the connector links you to the listing on catamaransite.com, where the seller's own contact form is. Only boats currently for sale are searchable. Sold and withdrawn listings are excluded, as are their prices.
