Write your LinkedIn posts, announcements and newsletter emails in ChatGPT and save them as drafts in ChatifyIT, ready for you to review, schedule and send. ChatifyIT is a link-in-bio page for creators and founders, with an Emails & Posts page where all your drafts wait for you. With the ChatifyIT plugin, ChatGPT can: - Write a LinkedIn post, a release announcement or a newsletter email with you, using your ChatifyIT name, bio and brand details, and save it as a draft on your Emails & Posts page. - Write a LinkedIn post from a video you uploaded to ChatifyIT, using what you actually say in it, and attach the video to the draft. - Add an image or video from your chat to a saved draft. - Set up Instagram comment words that send people what they asked for (when Instagram is connected). - Check your connection and list the drafts you already saved. Nothing is posted or sent from ChatGPT. You review every draft on chatifyit.com/emails-posts, edit it, and post it to LinkedIn or send it to your email list yourself, now or on a schedule. ChatifyIT can't see your leads, your visitors' emails, payments or password through this plugin. A ChatifyIT account is required.

Save the post first with save_release_draft, then pass its release_id and the file. Videos: MP4, up to 500 MB, for posts to the user's personal LinkedIn profile. Images: JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 20 MB, for posts to a LinkedIn company page. Does not post anything; the user reviews and posts it on Emails & Posts.

Saves an Instagram trigger word to the user's ChatifyIT Instagram words. When someone comments the word on their reels or posts, replies to their story with it, or DMs it, ChatifyIT DMs them a short line plus a link to the user's Instagram guide, which asks for their email and then gives them what this word promises. It also posts a short public reply under the comment. Saving starts these automatic messages for that word, so only save it after the user agrees. Use it when a script or video says something like "comment RESUME". The DM is always one short line; the content goes in notes and the guide hands it over in the chat. If the word links to an article, pass link; if not, put the actual content in notes (the exact prompt, steps, checklist, tips from the script), and if it is a prompt or template to copy, say so in notes so the guide shows it in a copyable box. Saving does not post anything. Ask them to check it on My Page → Instagram words (Preview shows exactly what people get).
save_instagram_word
Saves a newsletter email draft (optionally with an article) to Emails & Posts in ChatifyIT, where the user reviews, edits, approves or skips it. Use it for drafts made from anything: one of their videos (pass media_id), a script you wrote together in this conversation, a script or notes they pasted, a file, a link, or just what they told you. Does not publish or send anything. Saving again for the same video replaces that draft (unless it was already approved). Formatting in the email: **bold**, *italics*, and links written as [the words](https://link) so the words are clickable (e.g. a signature like "Founder, [Leveraging AI](https://…), [ChatifyIT](https://chatifyit.com)"); don't write "Name (https://…)".
