CheckTaJob

Every open posting of one company the user follows. The company's title filter and the user's search preferences, set in the app (places, remote / hybrid / on site, target titles, skills, excluded title words), apply: hiddenByFilter counts the postings left out. Postings carry workplace (remote, hybrid, onsite or null), match (score 0-100 from the title and the skills found, null without a profile), ghostSignals (open for more than 90 days, or taken down and reposted repeatedly: possibly not a real opening) and trackedJobId when already on the kanban. add_job with a posting's url tracks it, with the description filled in from the board.

get_company_postings

Adds a job posting to the user's CheckTaJob kanban in the "À postuler" (wishlist) column. Idempotent: if the job is already tracked (same LinkedIn job id, from any /jobs/view/<id> URL variant, or the same posting on Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby or the same URL minus tracking parameters), nothing is created and the existing card is returned with created=false. Pass the full description when you have it: a copy is archived so the posting stays readable after it is taken down. If the user was rejected at this company recently, the result carries a `warning` for the user. No AI analysis is run: fit_score and notes hold the assessment given by the caller.

add_job

Replaces the title keyword filter of a followed company: only postings whose title matches one of the keywords are reported. An empty filter reports every posting.

set_company_filter

Follows a company through its public job board on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby (only these: not LinkedIn, not Workday), so its new postings show up in watchlist and in the daily email. A name is looked up on each ATS; when several boards match, the error lists them: call again with ats or the careers-page URL. When none matches, the careers-page URL is needed. For a company already followed, nothing changes and alreadyWatching=true is returned: use set_company_filter to change its filter.

follow_company

Returns one tracked job in full: every card field (including in-app AI analyses), the archived copies of the posting (snapshots, taken when added and when applied), its history oldest first (status and score changes, notes, recruiter emails, calls, interviews…), the company's reapply delay if it rejected the user, and the CVs and cover letters saved for it (documents, newest first, with their text and/or file link; `sent` marks the version current when the user applied). Use it before advising on a job or preparing an interview, or when the user asks for the link to a CV or letter they made for a job.

get_job

Lists the companies the user follows on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby, with their title filter, open and new posting counts, and the last check error if their board could not be read.

list_followed_companies

Lists tracked jobs (newest first), optionally filtered by status. Statuses: wishlist = "À postuler", applied = "Candidature envoyée", interview = "Entretien", offer = "Offre", rejected = "Refus". Call it before adding jobs in bulk, to avoid duplicates. Also returns companiesInCooldown: companies that rejected the user and that the user chose not to reapply to before reapplyAfter. With company: only that employer's jobs ('Wealthsimple Inc.' = 'wealthsimple'), plus a `company` overview (furthest stage reached, active applications with a warning from 3, reapply delay, watchlist). With follow_up_due: only jobs to follow up now (no response N days after applying or after the last contact, N set by the user, or a next action whose date is reached), each with its followUp reasons: a follow-up once sent is recorded with log_event(type "follow_up"). With stats: funnel statistics instead of jobs (response and interview rates, median response delay, overall and by source, job type, company and CV version).

list_jobs

Records something that happened for a tracked job in its history: a recruiter email, a call, a follow-up sent, an interview, or anything else. Does not move the card: use update_job for that (e.g. to "interview" when one is scheduled). Interviews also go to the interview log, returned by get_job and list_jobs(company): fill stage, questions, feeling, feedback, rejection_reason as known (content is then optional). To add feedback or a rejection reason to an interview already logged, pass its interview_id (from get_job) with only the new fields: they are added, nothing already logged is replaced (a field already filled gets the new text appended) and the interview keeps its date. Never deletes or overwrites anything.

log_event

The postings that appeared since `since` (default: 7 days ago) at the companies the user follows, or at one of them. Used for the daily alert review. get_new_postings

The open postings put up in the last 30 days at every company the user follows on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby (boards checked about every 2 hours), most recent first (freshAt): the best answer to "what is there for me".
