When complete, present profile_confirm_prompt in chat and wait for user affirmation before submit_quotes. Never claim the quote backend is unavailable unless a tool returned an error.

get_session_context

Searches only the fixed, curated Choice Mutual knowledge corpus about final expense / whole life insurance education. Do NOT call for weather, coding, auto insurance shopping, sports, or other off-topic requests. It does not search the web. Weak or unrelated matches return no_hits (never cite low-relevance insurance articles for off-topic queries). Do NOT use for personalized quote-flow fields (especially cannabis/tobacco during quoting). If no_hits is true: tell the user Choice Mutual covers final expense / life insurance questions only, do NOT paste Sources, do NOT answer from general knowledge as if from the KB, and offer: Speak to a licensed agent: 800-644-2926. If hits exist: include structuredContent.paste_sources_section_verbatim unchanged. Never output confidence scores unless asked. Not for personalized quotes (use quoter tools).

Update quote profile fields. When all five fields are complete, ALWAYS confirm with the user in chat first (approved profile_confirm_prompt). Only after the user affirms, call this ALONE with conversation_intent=submit_quotes and ALL fields. That submit turn mounts the quote widget or high-coverage handoff. If called with a complete profile but without submit_quotes, returns await_user_confirmation (no widget). MOBILE-SAFE: submit turn = ONLY this tool (no get_session_context). request_agent: { conversation_intent: "request_agent" } without profile fields. Never use ZIP. Vape/nicotine-free vape/cannabis = tobacco yes.
