Cloud Threads

Show accessible persisted tasks as native task cards. Accepts task IDs from any Orbit and exact task_name paths of this task's native subagents. Pass spawn_agent's task_name directly, without looking up its ID or waiting for completion. The returned native cards need no includeWidget message. Use this sparingly, only when the user would benefit from inspecting the tasks directly.

Change this Orbit's display name when the user asks to rename it. Use the returned name when confirming the change. This updates the Orbit profile, not a task title. If the result is uncertain, call get_orbit_name to check the current name before retrying.

Create and start a durable cloud task using this Orbit's connected desktop. The model and conversation run in the cloud; commands and file operations run on the desktop already attached to this Orbit. Exactly one attached, online desktop is required. Returns threadId and turnId immediately; use read to check results or send_message for a follow-up. The child reports completion through automations.notify_parent. Do not repeat an uncertain create automatically.

Create a read-only Dreamer for background research. Set type to 'follow_up' for a one-time run in 30 seconds; a prompt is required. Set type to 'heartbeat' for an hourly run using the configured heartbeat prompt; omit prompt or pass null. Dreamers run in Orbit tasks limited to read-only app actions, with browser and computer control disabled. An Orbit can have only one hourly heartbeat Dreamer: creating one fails if it is active, or resumes it with its existing settings if it is paused.

Delete a shared note at one exact path. A successful deletion acknowledges acceptance; reads, lists, and searches may briefly return the deleted file. Serialize with writes and do not blindly retry an uncertain deletion.

Get this Orbit's current display name.

Signal that the current Orbit handoff preparation is ready after saving shared Memento notes as directed by $orbit:prepare-handoff. This allows the pending transplant to stop this thread and continue in its replacement. Call only from the preparation turn, after all note writes finish. Does not start a transplant or send a message.

List shared note metadata in ascending path order. Prefix matching is literal. Pass next_after_path as after_path to continue with the same prefix; pages do not share a snapshot. Lists are eventually consistent and may briefly miss a new file.
