Exayard

Creates a new, empty project with the given name. Returns its id, the projectId other tools take.

create_project

Gets one project document (a bid, estimate, letter and the like) by its id from list_documents: its name, kind, state, total and text. The customer sees it on a card they can open full screen to edit, send and download.

get_document

Asks the customer whether to turn on the share link of a project document (a bid, estimate, letter and the like, by its id from list_documents). Anyone with the link can open the document. The link turns on when the customer says yes, and the reply then carries it.

share_document

Compares a newly uploaded drawing revision with the sheets already in the project: which sheets are new, changed, unchanged or gone, and what was measured on the earlier issue of each changed sheet. Without fileId it uses the newest upload. The customer sees the sheets side by side on a card they can open full screen.

compare_drawing_revisions

Opens Exayard full screen in the chat: the home (recent projects, takeoffs running, bids waiting on clients), or one project with its files, sheets, takeoff items, reports and bids. It takes projectId, or projectName when the customer names a project; with neither it opens the home. It leaves the chat's project as it is (project_panel changes it).

home

Explains where one measurement came from, which is why a quantity is what it is: its value, the item it belongs to, the sheet and its scale, and what informed it.

explain_measurement

Saves a project document as a PDF or a Word file in the project files and returns its download link. A null fileName names it after the document.

export_document

Lists what the review of a plan set and its takeoff flagged (schedule conflicts, missing sheets, scale problems, measurements to check, open questions), most severe first, filtered by status ("open" for what still needs attention) or kind. The customer settles each one on the card.

list_findings

Screen only. Checks the uploaded files arrived and starts reading them.

finish_upload

Gets one search result in full by its id from search: a project's summary, a sheet's text, a bid's text, or a catalog item's details, with its Exayard link.

fetch

Gets one project by its id (the _id from list_projects).

get_project

What the customer has selected right now in an Exayard screen (sheet, takeoff item, quantity line, bid section, file or report), the project this chat is about, and the summary of their last takeoff run: what "this", "these", "the selected" or "this project" refer to.

get_selection

A project's name and how many line items it has. Called by the line items screen itself.

Lists the documents in a project (bids, estimates, letters and the like).

list_documents

Lists the company's projects. Optional search text matches project names. Returns each project's _id (the projectId other tools take) and name.

revision_sheet_diff

Short-lived sign-in for an Exayard screen. Called by the screen itself.

screen_session

A short digest of the whole plan set in a project: sheet index coverage, legends, schedules and notes found, scale status, open findings and earlier takeoffs: the overview of a plan set.

get_set_brief

Puts a plan set (drawings as PDF, images or CAD) into an Exayard project and shows it being read. Files the customer attached to the message come in `files`. With no attachment it shows a card where the customer adds the files from their device. The files go to projectId, else the project named projectName, else a new project.

add_plan_set

Opens a project's panel in the chat (its files, sheets, takeoff items, reports and bids) and makes it this chat's project, which the chat then works in. For opening a project's panel or switching the chat to another project. With no projectId it opens the chat's current project, or the company's projects to pick from.

project_panel

Asks the customer which of their projects this chat is about, for a chat whose project is not clear yet, and opens it.

choose_project

ChatGPT's settings page for Exayard: the company it works in, units, currency and own prices first, as Exayard's settings hold them.

settings_read

A made-up sample project, Riverside Community Health Center Renovation (nine drawing sheets), with a finished takeoff and priced line items, shown on a project card. Fixed demonstration data: it reads no account and works without sign-in.

get_sample_project

Saves the summary of a takeoff run that just ended. Called by the run card itself.

save_run_summary

Saves what the customer selected in an Exayard screen. Called by the screen itself.

set_selection

Screen only. The words a screen shows, in the customer's language.

screen_messages

Finds the company's projects, sheets, bids and catalog items by name, sheet number or SKU. Returns a few of each with an Exayard link and the ids other tools take (projectId, pageId, documentId, productId). fetch returns one result in full; home with projectId and page or document shows it.

search

Searches the Exayard help articles for how-to questions, one question per search. Returns article titles and links.

Searches the company's product catalog by text.

search_products

Settles one finding the customer pressed on the findings card: mark it fixed, say it is not a problem (with an optional note), answer its question, or reopen it.

settle_finding

Opens one drawing sheet of a project in Exayard's sheet editor: the sheet's picture and everything measured on it. The customer pans, zooms, selects, and draws areas, runs and counts; each finished edit saves to the project. Takes projectId and the sheet: pageId (from list_pages), or sheet, its code or title as the customer says it.

open_sheet

Lists the drawing sheets in a project, by file: each sheet's pageId, its sheet code and its title. The customer sees them as thumbnails and can pick the sheets to take off.

list_pages

Asks the customer which sheets of a project to measure, then shows the takeoff proposal for those sheets. An empty prompt measures everything drawn; otherwise prompt names what to measure in the customer’s words. The takeoff starts when the customer presses Approve on the card.

choose_sheets

Screen only. Hands the upload card one upload link per picked file.

upload_session

Starts a proposed large priced bill after the customer pressed Approve on its card. Needs the card’s approval token.

start_approved_priced_boq

Starts a proposed takeoff after the customer pressed Approve on its card. Needs the card’s approval token.
