Description

Open PDFs and packaging artwork from your connected eyeView workspace in an interactive viewer with page navigation, zoom, layers and available color separations. Search documents and open selected versions in your organization. Object Inspector is available when enabled by your eyeView plan and PDF engine. Draw annotations on an editable connected document and explicitly grant annotation write access to save notes back to eyeView. Viewing access alone does not authorize saving. Replies, mentions and note attachments remain in the eyeView app. This integration cannot approve proofs, delete documents, upload files or edit artwork. Conversation attachments and replacing the default PDF viewer are not supported in this release.

list_document_versions
Open a document from the connected eyeView workspace in the interactive viewer. Use an ID from search_documents, with an optional version ID belonging to that document. Opens read-only access; saving a reviewer-drawn note requires separate annotation write consent. A viewer session lasts ten minutes; call again to reopen.
open_document
Save one reviewer-drawn annotation and its initial note on the exact open eyeView document version. Available only to the embedded app after an explicit user save and annotation write consent. No replies, attachments, mentions, approval or document changes.
