FiTin

FiTin is a workout and running log app. This plugin lets you review your own FiTin records in ChatGPT: strength training sessions, runs, and the notes you wrote in your posts. What you can do - Summarize recent activity ("Summarize my training this week") - See how a lift has progressed over time: top sets and estimated 1RM per session ("Show my bench press progress") - Compare weeks or months ("How does this month compare to last month?") - Look up runs with distance, time and average pace - Reflect on training together with the condition notes you wrote in your posts Read-only by design - All 9 tools are read-only. The plugin cannot create, edit or delete any record, post, or setting. - It returns only the signed-in user's own data. Every query is filtered by user ID and protected by row-level security. Other users' data is never returned. - It does not collect your ChatGPT conversations, and no conversation logs are kept. - Responses contain only what is needed to answer: no internal identifiers or diagnostic metadata. Sign-in - You sign in with your FiTin account through OAuth 2.1 and approve access on a consent screen. A FiTin account is required. Data range - The plugin reads the same range of records that your FiTin account can view inside the app. When the answer is based on a limited date range, the response ends with a note stating that range. Health-related data - The plugin reads training records and body weight/height that you entered yourself. It does not handle medical records, payment card data, government IDs or credentials.
