Description

FotoAsist is a business management app for photographers and photo studios. Connect it to work with your own studio's records right in the chat. See: today's and upcoming shoots, a client's jobs and payments, who still owes you money, monthly collections, whether a day is free, pending reminders, and a job's photos (thumbnails in the chat; tap one to see it larger). Do: add and update clients and jobs, set reminders, and add a photo from the chat to a job. With your approval: payments and anything sent to your clients (gallery links, status updates) never happen directly. The assistant creates a request; you approve it in the FotoAsist app (with Face ID on mobile), and only then is it recorded or sent. No money is moved: a payment request only records a payment you have already received. You choose what the assistant may do with three switches in FotoAsist under Settings > Connected apps (Add clients, jobs and reminders / Record payments / Send to clients; sending is off by default). Nothing can be permanently deleted, refunded or invoiced through the connection, and client phone numbers and email addresses stay hidden unless you choose to share them. You can disconnect at any time. Requires a FotoAsist account.

Opens an APPROVAL REQUEST to record a payment (deposit, installment, final payment) on a job. Nothing is recorded yet: the photographer gets a notification and the payment is recorded only after they approve it on the FotoAsist home screen; a "yes" in the chat does not record it. No money is moved and no receipt is sent to the client.
add_payment
Searches the studio's clients by first name, last name or phone (max 10 results) and returns their ids.
search_customers
Searches jobs (shoots) by title, client name or status (max 10 results) and returns their ids.
search_jobs
Schedules a FotoAsist reminder for the connected user (the photographer) at the given time. Nothing is sent to clients.
create_reminder
Overview of the photographer's FotoAsist dashboard: today's shoots, upcoming shoots (first 5), active jobs, total unpaid balance and clients who owe money.
