Work with GetAccept from a conversation. Salespeople and account teams can inspect proposal and contract status, recipient activity and engagement, digital sales room content, conversations, mutual action plans, contacts, colleagues and knowledge-base material. Find accessible sales meetings by title or search across meeting transcripts, summaries and metadata in natural language. Read meeting details, transcripts with timestamps, summaries, speakers, existing follow-ups and coaching scorecards. Meetings attached to dealrooms are also available. When requested, create draft dealrooms from templates, log dealroom meetings, add files, update action plans and page content, publish reviewed rooms, invite viewers, send document reminders, and add or delete knowledge-base entries. Connect an existing GetAccept account through OAuth. Every tool acts with the signed-in user's permissions. Publishing, invitations and reminders can notify customers; knowledge-base deletion is permanent. File uploads require a separate upload using the returned link. Meeting follow-ups can be read but cannot be created or sent through these tools. Dealroom messages can be read but cannot be posted.

Add a person outside the entity to a dealroom as a viewer and give them access to it. By default GetAccept emails them their invitation, so this reaches a real customer; in that case, show the user who will be invited and the note passed as message before calling. Pass do_not_notify to add them without emailing and pass their personal link on yourself instead. The room has to be published before anyone can be invited into it, so publish it with publish_dealroom first. The person is stored as one of the entity's contacts on the way in, matched by email so an existing contact is reused rather than duplicated. Adding a colleague is not what this does — owners and collaborators are managed in the GetAccept app.
add_dealroom_participant
Create a dealroom, optionally from one of the entity's templates so it starts with that template's pages and files. GetAccept builds the room in the background: this returns it with status processing, and the caller reads it back with get_dealroom until the status becomes draft, or failed if the build did not work. A new room is a draft that nobody outside the entity can see and that has no participants yet. A room created without a template also has no pages, and cannot be published until the user adds content to it through its edit_url. Once it is draft, give the user its edit_url so they can review the room's content in GetAccept — a room built from a template can include AI-generated sections. Publish it with publish_dealroom only once the user has reviewed it and asked for it to be published, then put people in it with add_dealroom_participant. Every call creates a new room, so calling twice creates two.

Add a file to a dealroom in two steps, because this server cannot receive file content itself: this call creates the file entry and returns a presigned upload_url, then the caller sends the content as a multipart/form-data POST to upload_url with every entry in fields appended before the file part named file. The URL expires 10 minutes after this call, so upload immediately. The file shows as uploading in list_dealroom_files until the upload has been processed, and stays that way if nothing is ever uploaded. The authenticated user must be an owner or collaborator of the dealroom. Every call creates a new file entry — calling twice creates two.

Add an entry to the entity's knowledge base — reference material such as pricing, product facts, positioning or policies for the GetAccept AI features to draw on. A text entry is stored by this call. A file entry takes two steps, because this server cannot receive file content itself: this call creates the entry and returns upload with a presigned url, then the caller sends the document as a multipart/form-data POST to that url with every entry in fields appended before the file part named file. The url expires one hour after this call, so upload immediately; the entry stays processing, and is never used, if nothing is uploaded. Either kind is used by the AI features once GetAccept has embedded it and get_knowledge_base_entry reports it as ready. Every call creates a new entry — calling twice creates two, and entries cannot be changed through this server; to replace one, delete it with delete_knowledge_base_entries and create it again.
create_knowledge_base_entry
Permanently delete up to 20 entries from the entity's knowledge base, together with their embeddings and any uploaded document, so the GetAccept AI features stop drawing on them. There is no undo, so confirm with the user which entries go before calling. Entries are deleted one at a time in the order given, and the call stops at the first failure: check each result's status, and pass the not_attempted ids again once the cause is fixed. To empty the knowledge base, first collect every id by paging list_knowledge_base_entries to the end, then delete them 20 at a time; entries synced from Notion come back read_only and stay.

Export a dealroom's pages as markdown — the room's actual content (text, pricing, action plans, embedded material) rendered for reading. Use it to answer "what's in this room?". Returns at most 5 pages per call; page through larger rooms with offset using total_count.

Each call publishes a new revision and notifies the participants again, so calling twice reaches them twice. Read the room back with get_dealroom for its resulting status and public link.

Ask in natural language ("when did Acme mention budget concerns?") and get the best-matching moments with their meeting_id, usable with the other meeting tools. Filter by date, participant emails, companies or speakers.

Remind a document's recipients to act on it, by email or SMS. GetAccept sends the reminder straight away using the entity's own reminder template unless a message is passed, and by default only the recipients that have not signed are reminded. The document must already have been sent — reminding a draft fails. Every call sends a new reminder, so calling twice reaches the recipients twice.

Rename a mutual action plan or change whether the dealroom's external viewers can see it. Only the fields passed change; milestones and tasks are untouched.
