Grunda

Use this when the user asks whether a document sent for signing with Grunda has been signed, who is missing, or wants the signed copy. Pass the ref returned by prepare_signing. Returns who has signed and when, and links to the signed PDF and its verification page when everyone has signed.

signing_status

Use this when the user wants a document or an agreement signed with BankID, by themselves or by others: a PDF the user uploads (file), or an agreement of any kind written in the conversation (title and text in Markdown). An agreement written in the conversation is normally shown to the user in full first, so they can approve or change it; the approved text is what this tool receives. When the agreement changes after a draft exists, passing that draft's ref replaces the document in that draft with the new version, so the link stays the same; this is only possible for the user who created the draft and before it is sent, and the previous version is not kept. Creates a draft on grunda.co and returns a link where the user reviews the document, adds the signers and sends it. Signers (name and e-mail) are optional here and can also be added on grunda.co. Each signer signs with BankID, and everyone receives the signed PDF with a signature page and a verification link. Organisation numbers in the text are checked against Statistics Sweden's business register (SCB), and the result says whether each company is active. Side effect: the draft is stored for seven days, and nothing is sent until the user presses Send on grunda.co. BankID supplies each signer's identity, so the tool takes names and e-mail addresses only.

prepare_signing

Use this when the user wants a Swedish invoice (faktura) from a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag) as a PDF. Input: the seller's organisation number and how the customer pays (bankgiro or IBAN), the customer's organisation number (or name and address if the customer is not a Swedish company), the invoice number, and each line with quantity, price excluding VAT and VAT rate (25, 12, 6 or 0 %). Registered names, postal addresses and F-tax approval (Godkänd för F-skatt) are filled in from Statistics Sweden's business register (SCB). Calculates VAT per line and returns a download link to a correctly formatted invoice PDF, with notes on anything to check, such as a company that has ceased. Not for sole traders (enskild firma) or ROT/RUT invoices. The invoice is not sent or booked.

create_invoice

Use this when the user asks about a Swedish company by its organisation number (organisationsnummer): whether it has F-tax (F-skatt), is registered for VAT (moms) or as an employer, whether it is active or in bankruptcy (konkurs) or liquidation (likvidation), or its registered name, postal address, legal form and industry (SNI), for example to check a counterpart before an agreement or an invoice. Official data from Statistics Sweden's business register (SCB), updated weekly, so a very recent registration can be missing. Covers companies only: sole traders (enskild firma) are not looked up. Search by company name is not supported.
