Use this when the user wants to append another reviewed page or frame batch to an existing pending HobbyWise draft. Read the draft first, present the additional candidates, and require confirmation. Do not use this to bypass the 100-candidate batch limit.

Use this when the user casually asks to add, organize, or review collectibles from photos, extracted video frames, or a described collection. Translate ordinary language into the structured draft; never ask the user for tool fields, IDs, enum values, or schema terms. Infer clear details and ask only for missing information that changes the result. Before calling, give a concise plain-language recap of the exact workspace, proposed acquisition, candidates, estimate ranges, and tracking recommendations, then require confirmation. This never creates canonical inventory; the user reviews the draft in HobbyWise.

hobbywise_create_intake

Use this when the user asks what remains to review in one exact HobbyWise draft, or before appending more candidates.

hobbywise_get_intake

Use this before reading or proposing changes in HobbyWise. It returns exact workspace IDs available to the signed-in 5Line Account. Never invent a workspace ID.

hobbywise_list_workspaces

Use this when the user says they bought something or asks to add a receipt, invoice, order confirmation, purchase screenshot, or described purchase to HobbyWise. Translate ordinary language into the structured draft; never ask the user for tool fields, IDs, enum values, or internal classification names. Infer clear source, date, description, and amount details and ask only for consequential missing information, but never infer personal collecting, resale, business expense, or mixed purpose from the collectible type, price, merchant, source, or the word 'collection'. If purpose is not explicit, ask and wait for the answer. For a simple purchase, the confirmation recap should contain only what was bought, amount and date, personal or resale purpose, destination workspace, and that it will be saved for the customer to review in HobbyWise. Do not expose labels such as classification, allocation, source document, canonical inventory, pending review draft, status, or remaining level unless needed to explain a real choice or problem; omit missing optional fields. An answer to a clarification question is not confirmation. After all missing details are resolved, show the final recap in a separate assistant turn and ask 'Add this to HobbyWise?' Call this tool only after the user explicitly approves that final recap. Entry amounts must equal the document total. The customer reviews the saved draft inside HobbyWise before it becomes a permanent record.

hobbywise_create_purchase_draft

Use this to read the structured source totals, personal/resale/expense allocation, and current review state for one exact HobbyWise purchase draft. This tool cannot apply or reject the draft.

hobbywise_get_purchase_draft

Use this when the user asks about HobbyWise cash flow, operating expenses, sale-profit coverage, net profit, or collection-buy recovery for an exact date range. It reports user-entered records and clearly separates inventory purchases from operating expenses. It does not provide marketplace comps or tax advice.

hobbywise_get_business_summary

Use this when the user asks about their selective collectible inventory or collection buys, or before proposing possible duplicates. Use an exact workspace ID from hobbywise_list_workspaces.
