Submit a WhatsApp template to Meta for approval and save it in Intelli. Supports text, image/video/document, location, button, carousel and authentication formats. Supply complete Meta components with variable examples and media handles/URLs, or the existing frontend template_data format. Meta enforces category-specific rules and account eligibility; success does not imply approval. Confirm the organization, business number, content, language and category before setting confirmed=true. This submits externally but does not send customer messages. Never retry an uncertain submission or rename it to bypass a duplicate error. list_templates only reads Intelli: absence does not prove Meta rejected it. Check WhatsApp Manager and use the dashboard's sync-from-Meta action first. If Meta accepted but local saving failed, report the returned Meta ID and sync; do not submit again. A missing response or timeout does not establish approval. Frontend format always includes name, language, category. For text use bodyText and bodyExample (placeholder values in order). For media add headerType IMAGE/VIDEO/DOCUMENT and headerMediaHandle; the backend also accepts media URLs. LOCATION uses headerType=LOCATION. Add buttons for quick replies or URL/phone actions. For AUTHENTICATION use footer={"code_expiration_minutes": 10} and buttons=[{"type": "OTP", "text": "Copy code"}]; Meta generates the body. For carousel use top-level bodyText and carouselData.cards (2-10 cards), each with headerType, headerMediaHandle, bodyText and optional buttons.

Customize branding, links, contact number and publication state of an Intelli store. Read get_storefront first and confirm the exact changes. Set is_active true to publish or false to unpublish. Changing slug changes the public store URL and may break existing links. Omitted settings are preserved; empty strings clear optional text/URLs. Logo/banner URLs reference existing public images; no image upload, custom CSS, template editing, domain or payment configuration here. Changes can affect live shoppers. Never retry uncertain writes automatically.

Permanently delete a draft, scheduled, or failed campaign after confirmation. First list_campaigns and confirm the organization, core id, exact name, status, and loss of campaign recipients and execution history. Contacts and templates remain. Unlike other WhatsApp tools, this uses the CORE campaign id and deletes the parent and its associated channel campaign. It does not send messages or recall messages already sent. Sending/completed campaigns cannot be deleted through this tool. A draft has nothing to cancel: use this tool only after separate deletion approval. Cancellation is not approval to delete history. Never automatically retry an uncertain deletion; list campaigns to verify.

Get the message history of one WhatsApp conversation. Each item has `content` (the customer's message), `answer` (the reply sent by the AI or an agent), `sender`, and `agent_name` when a human agent replied.

This reads Intelli's saved status; use refresh_whatsapp_template_status to fetch the current Meta status. required_parameters describes text placeholders; required_button_actions describes runtime actions such as MPM product selections. Empty text placeholders do not mean the message is ready to send. The saved MPM button does not select products.

Get installation HTML for a widget. This does not install it on a website.

List assistant knowledge files and ingestion status: pending/processing/completed/failed. Uploaded does not mean indexed. Check status and error_details after uploads; workers and the configured vector-store provider must be running.

List existing conversations for a channel from list_chat_channels. Use the returned conversation id as a string for history and per-chat actions. For website it is the visitor ID. Do not guess channel/customer identifiers.
