Tools

3 tools agents can invoke

Issue a certificate or badge to one recipient. IssueBadge emails the certificate to the recipient and returns a public verification URL. Each call with a new idempotency_key issues a new certificate; a reused key is rejected by the API, so do not retry a failed call with the same key without checking whether it already issued.

How do I improve IssueBadge's ChatGPT Plugin discoverability?

The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.

Where is this profile measured?

This profile uses the geography attached to the latest public registry snapshot: US. Locale tags are intentionally omitted.
