Description

Job Toast helps a signed-in user track a job search from ChatGPT. It can show the user's work profile, list, filter and open saved jobs, save a new job (optionally with a salary range, work type and the date the user already applied), change a job's status or interview date and add a dated note, mark a job applied after the user submits it, save and read back the questions and answers from an application, and draft a cover letter. It does not search the open job market, it does not delete jobs, and it does not submit applications on employer sites.

submit_mock_interview_answer
When the user asks what to focus on, return ranked suggestions from their saved jobs: upcoming interviews, interview updates, possible application follow-ups and saved-job review. Includes reasons, job links and completion steps. Read-only; does not send messages, run AI or change records. Saved dates may be incomplete. Other action tools require their own permissions.
get_next_actions
Change a saved job status. Allowed values: SAVED, APPLIED, IN_CONTACT, INTERVIEW_1, INTERVIEW_2, INTERVIEW_3, HIRED, DENIED, ARCHIVED. Optionally record the interview date (only with INTERVIEW_1, INTERVIEW_2 or INTERVIEW_3) and append a dated note; existing notes are kept.
