Description

Joti is a workout tracking app for planning, scheduling, and logging strength, bodyweight, flexibility, and cardio training. This connector lets ChatGPT read a user's own workouts, completed workout history, aggregated stats (volume, consistency, personal bests, top lifts), and the shared exercise library (roughly 800 exercises plus the user's own custom ones), and to schedule workouts onto the user's calendar. Writes are additive only: create a brand-new workout, duplicate an existing one, and fully manage scheduled-workout calendar entries. It cannot edit or delete an existing workout's exercises/sets, and cannot start, log, or alter a session — those stay in the Joti app. Body measurements and progress photos are out of scope entirely. Reads are scoped to data the user owns outright; every write is undoable in Joti's Activity feed.
