KJ admin

KJ Admin (KaoJai admin console) connects your authorized KaoJai business workspace to ChatGPT. Choose an enabled business, review recent conversations, search conversation names and message text, read messages, inspect booking information and availability, and read Help Desk cases. For customer replies, KJ admin prepares an exact recipient and text preview first. Sending requires a separate, later confirmation and an eligible connected messaging provider. Provider acceptance does not mean the customer has received or read the message. Connect a KaoJai account with an enabled MCP connection. Access to business data requires current owner or admin permissions and the permissions you grant. Message-text search and message reads support periods of up to 30 days; conversation names can be searched across all time. Booking and Help Desk tools inspect existing records only. The plugin does not create, change, or cancel bookings, close or delete cases, contact arbitrary recipients, or process payments. With optional workspace.setting permission, current business owners and admins can update the selected business description and HTTPS logo URL. This permission is independent of workspace.action. Omitted fields stay unchanged; null clears a field. It does not grant access to billing, credentials, or member management.
