Description

Mailinite Outbound Readiness tells you whether your cold email setup is ready to send, and what to fix first. What it does: - Audits a sending domain with live DNS lookups: MX records, SPF (including the 10-lookup limit and redirect handling), DKIM at common provider selectors, DMARC policy and reporting, domain blocklists (Spamhaus DBL, SURBL, URIBL), domain age from the registry's RDAP record, and whether the domain resolves. Each check returns pass, warn or fail with a specific fix, plus a 0-100 score. - Plans sending infrastructure for a monthly volume: daily sends, active and spare inboxes, number of sending domains, new prospects needed per month, warm-up time and a three-week ramp. All assumptions (emails per inbox per day, inboxes per domain, spare capacity, warm-up days) can be changed, and you can add your own prices for a cost estimate. - Scores overall outbound readiness from 0 to 100 by combining the domain audit and capacity plan with your answers about separate sending domains, warm-up, list verification, bounce rate, opt-out, open tracking and ICP, then lists the top fixes in priority order. Who it's for: founders, sales teams and agencies about to start or scale B2B cold email, and anyone troubleshooting why emails land in spam. Limitations: it only reads public DNS and registry data and does calculations. It does not send email, change DNS, connect to mailbox or sending accounts, or test actual inbox placement. DKIM keys under custom selectors can't be discovered. Some blocklist operators refuse queries from cloud resolvers, so a list may show as not checked. Results are guidance, not a deliverability guarantee. No account or sign-in is required, and inputs are not stored.

The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
