Scheduled client follow-up calls that are overdue or coming up soon, with which agent and property each is for. Use this for "what follow-ups are due" or "what is my team supposed to be doing" style questions.

follow_ups_due

Finds available properties that match open client demands (by property type, buy/rent, and budget). Pass a client_name to see full matches for one specific client's demand, or omit it to see how many matches each open demand currently has. Use this for "do I have anything for this client" questions. Demands and properties are never identified by a database ID — only by client name, phone, or listing details.

demand_matches

For each of your agents: how many properties and demands they've handled, and their real seat/payment status (active, in a grace period with days remaining, or blocked). Use this for "which agents are actually productive" or "who is about to lose access" style questions.

agent_performance

Your company's billing health: whether the registration fee is paid, and for each agent whether their seat is active, in a grace period (with days remaining), or already blocked. Use this for "who do I need to renew" or "am I about to lose access" style questions.

billing_health

A one-call snapshot of your company: trial/subscription status, how many properties you have by status, how many agents and whether any need payment, and how much activity happened recently. Use this first for any broad "how is my business doing" style question.

company_overview

Looks up information belonging to your own company only: properties, agents, demands, billing charges, billing payments, documents, or messages. Always scoped to your company, never any other. Read-only: cannot add, change, or delete anything.

look_up_company_information

Breaks down your properties by status/type, and flags listings that need attention: still marked Available but not updated in a while, or missing a photo. Use this for "which listings need attention" or "what's my inventory look like" style questions.

property_insights

Returns notes saved from previous sessions about this data's quirks and business rules (e.g. "check status, not trial_ends_at, to know if a company is still on trial"). Call this before looking anything up, so you do not rediscover the same gotchas every time.

recall_notes

Records a short, reusable note about this data's quirks or business rules for future sessions, e.g. a non-obvious gotcha you just figured out while answering a question. Keep it factual and generic, not tied to one specific question. Do not save PII or one-off numbers that will go stale.
