Mandate™

Prepare a project in the user's browser. The returned projectId is allocated now and can be used immediately for subsequent proposal tools in the same request; no browser inspection is needed. Only the browser receipt confirms creation.

create_project

Prepare describe a commissioning journey in the local browser working copy. Include the attached publicWorkspaceId. Only the browser receipt confirms application. This does not approve requirements, standards, assurance or engineering.

record_journey

Open or reopen Mandate when the user asks. For an ordinary open, omit publicWorkspaceId so the browser can resume this user's remembered workspace. Supply publicWorkspaceId only to return to a particular known working copy. If opening=resume is returned, wait for the app context's resolved publicWorkspaceId before preparing actions. Projects remain in this browser or the user's saved files; no server-held projects or approval authority are provided.

open_workspace

Open a .mandate file only from the host-supplied file entrypoint. Never invent a resource URI or call this to open an ordinary browser workspace. Only the authorized host editor reads and updates the file on the user's computer. Does not grant approval or folder access.

open_project_file

Prepare propose a global standard in the local browser working copy. Include the attached publicWorkspaceId. Only the browser receipt confirms application. This does not approve requirements, standards, assurance or engineering.

propose_library_entry

Prepare a proposed requirement for the user's local browser project. The receipt applies it with machine-only authority; the user reviews it in Mandate. No approval, engineering delegation, file overwrite or server save is performed.

propose_decision

Prepare record supporting evidence in the local browser working copy. Include the attached publicWorkspaceId. Only the browser receipt confirms application. This does not approve requirements, standards, assurance or engineering.

record_evidence

Prepare remove an unwanted proposal in the local browser working copy. Include the attached publicWorkspaceId. Only the browser receipt confirms application. This does not approve requirements, standards, assurance or engineering.

remove_decision

Prepare return a build report in the local browser working copy. Include the attached publicWorkspaceId. Only the browser receipt confirms application. This does not approve requirements, standards, assurance or engineering.

record_claim
