Orbits

Records completion of the specified household chore and advances its recurring due date.

complete_chore

Marks the specified Orbits task as completed.

complete_task

Creates an Orbits list, note, folder, or household item. Lists accept metadata.items as item-name strings; notes accept metadata.body_plain. orbit_type selects shared family, home upkeep, or personal you visibility. Linked items inherit their parent’s visibility. Lists, notes, and folders are saved directly; other item types return a pending proposal requiring user approval.

finish_orbits_personalization

Returns the user’s Orbits timezone, available sections, and recorded personalization choice, including a pending consent ID when available.

get_orbits_context

Show a saved Orbits list or note in an interactive view using its exact id, or show the item picker when id is omitted. Fetches the latest saved content each time; call again when the user asks to see the updated item or switches to another list or note. After a successful chat edit to a displayed item, call this tool with the same id to render a fresh view. Earlier views may remain unchanged. Successful data retrieval does not establish whether the host displayed the view. last_panel_action identifies a recent save by the same user and client when available.

open_orbits_item

Proposes a grocery list from saved recipe IDs, combining their ingredients. Recipes require nonempty ingredients and cooking instructions. Can target an existing list. Returns an unsaved proposal requiring user approval; does not purchase groceries.

build_grocery_list

Move the visible list or note to Home (shared) or You (private), preserving its contents.

move_orbits_item

Saves authorized preferences and routines to personal Orbits memory. Accepts up to 50 concise entries per batch, keeps a limited number of saved details, and returns saved counts and per-entry status. Does not create notes or return existing private details or conversations. Identical entries are safe to retry.

import_memories

Proposes meals on local calendar dates with names, descriptions, and approximate preparation times. Returns an unsaved proposal requiring user approval.

create_meal_plan

Returns the saved content of an accessible Orbits item identified by its exact ID.

fetch

Refresh the visible list or note without opening another view.

read_orbits_item

Proposes deletion of the specified household chore. The pending proposal requires user approval before it is applied.

delete_chore

Removes a list/note reminder, or restores an event to the user’s usual advance notice.

remove_reminder

Proposes cancelling the specified editable Orbits event or recurring series. The pending proposal requires user approval before it is applied.

cancel_event

Removes the specified item from an accessible Orbits list.

remove_list_item

Creates a recipe outline in the Orbits Recipe Book with a name, emoji, short description, and approximate preparation time. An outline does not include full ingredients or cooking instructions.

Sets an event’s reminder offset or a list/note reminder at an absolute local time. Replaces an existing event reminder offset. Tasks and chores have their own reminder behavior.

set_reminder
