This account's posting activity from PostDashPro's own records: counts by status, success rate, per-network published totals, last 30 days. Does not read live audience insights (reach, likes) from the networks. Do not use this to sell a plan.

get_post_analytics

Download an image or video from a public URL into Studio and return its media id. Timeout 60s. For a file on their device — including a chat attachment you cannot forward — call create_upload_link. The URL must point at the file itself (.jpg/.png/.webp/.gif/.mp4/.mov), not a page. This only imports an existing file.

add_media_from_url

List the social apps this account has connected, and which account is active on each. Posts always go out from the active account. Call before scheduling to learn what 'all platforms' means. Does not connect or disconnect anything.

list_connections

List Idea Board cards, newest first. Use to see what is already on the board before adding another. Not a list of scheduled posts — use list_scheduled_posts for the queue.

list_ideas

List photos and videos in Studio. Use each id as a mediaIds entry in schedule_post. Call before saying you can only post text. Files not attached to a post are deleted 24 hours after upload. Does not import or create files.

list_media

List posts that already went out, with per-network ok/error and permalink when stored. Use to answer 'what published' or 'did Instagram work'. Does not fetch live insights from the networks.

list_published_posts

List posts still in the queue (status scheduled), soonest first. Use to answer 'what is queued'. For drafts use list_calendar or get_post. Does not list published items.

list_scheduled_posts

Dry-run a caption and attachments against per-network character limits and media rules. Changes nothing. Call before schedule_post. Do not use this as a substitute for the schedule_post preview — that one also binds a confirmToken.

preflight_post

Queue a post as scheduled (future time) or draft (otherwise). Never publishes instantly. Two-step: first call returns a preview and confirmToken; second call with that token writes. Call preflight_post first. Pass wall-clock times with NO offset. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube need media.

schedule_post

Replace Brand Voice notes and/or the structured profile. Two-step: preview, then confirmToken. Affects future drafts, not posts already queued. Do not use this to sell a rewrite. Omit a field to leave it unchanged; pass notes: null to clear notes.

update_brand_voice

Change an Idea Board card's title, notes, stage or targets. Use after list_ideas. Does not schedule a post. Moving a card to 'scheduled' does not queue anything — call schedule_post for that.

update_idea

Change caption, media, platforms or time on a draft or scheduled post. Two-step: preview, then confirmToken. Never publishes instantly. Refuses published or failed rows — those already went out. Use get_post first.

update_scheduled_post

Block until a file lands through create_upload_link, then return the media id. Default timeout 50 seconds; pass timeoutSeconds (1–50) to wait less. If it times out, say so and call again. Do not use this while waiting for a URL import.

wait_for_upload

Identity and rate-limit window for this connection: user id, email, timezone, and which networks are linked. Use this first. Do not use it to ask about plans or billing — those are not available here.
