Rocketship

Add people from a find_buyers preview to your workspace, by the ids that preview gave, and optionally put them on a saved list (made if it does not exist). Adding is free. Finding their emails and phone numbers SPENDS LEAD CREDITS, the same as Add and enrich in the app (set find_contact_details to false to add without spending any). Returns how many were added and how many credits are left. Run find_buyers first; its ids last about two hours.

add_buyers

Add people (by the ids search_people gives) to a saved list, by the list's name. If no list has that name, a new one is made.

add_to_list

Find people to sell to. Returns about how many match and a free preview of up to 25 (name, job title, company, location; no emails or phone numbers). Best results come from filling in job_titles (who to reach, for example Owner, Dentist) and industries (the kind of business in plain words, for example Dentists; each is matched to the search's own categories) yourself, plus a location: a city with its state or country (Austin, Texas or Toronto, Canada). A whole state on its own can't be searched. Or give who, a plain sentence, and Rocketship drafts the filters for you, but that helper is limited to a few uses per day. It is free and uses no lead credits, but the app's daily preview limit applies. If the place or kind of business can't be searched on, it says so instead of showing people who don't fit. Use add_buyers to add people from it.

find_buyers

List the campaigns in a workspace: status, who writes them (AI or you), how many people are in each, and for campaigns you write yourself how many emails each step has sent, had opened and had replied to.

list_campaigns

List the Rocketship workspaces you own or belong to, with your role in each (owner, admin or member). The other tools take a workspace name or id; you can leave it out if you only have one.

list_workspaces

Deals by stage: how many people are in each stage, and totals per currency for open and won deals. Uses the same rules as the Pipeline board.

get_pipeline

Recent emails sent from a workspace: who, subject, when, whether it was opened, whether they replied. Filter by all, replied or no_response; choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days; up to 25 rows.

list_sent_emails

Search the people already in a workspace by text (name, company, email, job title) and/or by status: new, emailed, replied or booked. Returns up to 25 with id, name, company, email, stage and last activity.

search_people

Start or pause a campaign, by its name or id. STARTING SENDS REAL EMAILS from the connected Gmail account to the people in the campaign, inside the sending hours and daily limits. Pausing stops further emails. If something blocks it (no Gmail connected, a plan limit, a safety switch) you get the reason in plain words and nothing is sent.

A short picture of today for one workspace: replies waiting, what needs you, how many emails each inbox has sent today against its daily limit, and meetings booked in the last 7 days.
