One-call summaries. view='today' (new leads, open/overdue tasks, pipeline, deals won), 'attention' (overdue/stale/unassigned items), 'forecast' (weighted pipeline + win rate), 'insights' (lead KPI/trend/segment), 'lead_scoring' (score stats + hot-lead counts), 'targets' (the org's OWN goals), 'pipeline' (deals by stage).

crm_briefing

Confirm which organization this conversation operates in (multi-org accounts). Call AFTER the user picks one, then pass the SAME `organization` value on every later data tool — the choice is not remembered server-side.

set_active_organization

Create or update leads. action='create' (one lead; needs a name/email/company), 'update' (by public_id; supports custom_data + OCC expected_row_version), 'bulk_create' (≤100/call, 500/day), 'bulk_update' (filtered mass update; requires filters + updates, two-phase confirm).

manage_lead

Create, update, complete, or delete a task. action='create' (title required; assigned_to resolves a name; lead_public_id links a lead). 'update'/'complete'/'delete' are two-phase confirm-gated (first call previews + returns a confirm_token; re-call with confirm=true + the token). delete is destructive.

manage_task

Get full lead profile (masked PII) with notes, tasks, deals, and activity. Use public_id (e.g. SKDE-CRM-LD-000042). Set include_contact_link=true to also get a CRM deep-link where the user can view unmasked phone/email.

get_lead_detail

Inspect CRM structure. view='fields' (default: field defs + custom fields + masked flags + the KPI lifecycle), 'dictionary' (field meanings PLUS the ACTUAL top values with counts — call FIRST for any 'how many by <field>'), 'workflow_rules' (lead routing rules), 'modules' (list modules).

get_schema

List leads (masked PII). Filter to narrow results. The response includes `filter_summary` (which fields/values were filtered) — ALWAYS show it. Also returns `suggested_followups` and, on a 0-result, did-you-mean `suggestions`.

list_leads

List the organizations this account can operate in. If the user belongs to more than one, ask which one and pass it as `organization` on later data tools. Single-org accounts are scoped automatically.

list_organizations

List active team members. Use to resolve a name (e.g. 'Pooja') to a user id for task/lead assignment.
