Tassyir

Create a new order for a customer. Requires name, phone, provinceCode and townOns (the same fields confirming an order demands) plus at least one order item. If the merchant connected WhatsApp, the customer receives a confirmation message.

create_order

Create a product (needs a store, name, price, image). Can include options (Size, Color…) + the full variant matrix — one variant per option-value combination, each with its own price. Brand and tags go by name (`brand`, `tags`); `collectionIds` picks the collections it belongs to. Optional page fields: `gallery` (more https images), `slug` (its web address), `metaTitle` / `metaDescription` (search snippet), and the product card's `label` badge and `cardCaption` line.

The rules and the workflow for restyling a Tassyir store (restyle without copying the reference, cash on delivery, Arabic first, no fake urgency, publish only on the merchant's word). Default: the rules, the workflow and a table of contents; `section` (a number or a title) returns another part, "all" the whole guide. Read it before any design change.

get_design_guide

Dispatch one or more confirmed orders to delivery — creates the parcels with the delivery company (or the merchant's own courier).

Per-employee performance: orders handled, confirmation and delivery rates.

Working capital, stock in/out, salaries and liabilities.

Read a store's current design at a glance: theme essentials, chrome, shared blocks and each page's sections — or one page with `page`, or one section in full with `sectionId`. Each movable section carries its `index`, the position add_section and move_section take; chrome and locked sections are marked `fixed` and have none. `source` picks the DRAFT (default) or the PUBLISHED design. Read get_design_guide first (the rules and workflow) and get_builder_schema for the settings each section type accepts. The dashboard's own autosave can overwrite these edits while the merchant has the store builder open in the editor — ask them to close or reload it first.

get_marketing_analytics

Reorder a section within its page's DRAFT. `toIndex` is the section's FINAL position (0-based) among the page's MOVABLE sections, the `index` get_design shows — chrome (announcement bar, header, footer) and locked sections are fixed and not counted. Or give `beforeSectionId`/`afterSectionId` to place it relative to another section instead. A position out of range is refused with the valid range; moving a section to where it already is changes nothing and says so. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

Order counts by status (pending, confirmed, dispatched, delivered, returned…).

get_order_stats

List dispatched orders with their delivery-tracking status (to desk, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, …).

list_order_tracking

Remove a section from one page's DRAFT. If the section is a placement of a shared block, this removes it from THIS PAGE ONLY — the block, and its placements on other pages, are untouched. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

remove_section

Render one page of a store's design as phone and desktop screenshots, from the DRAFT (default, a 10-minute signed link) or the PUBLISHED design (its public URL), so the merchant can see the result before publishing. `page` defaults to home, or to the product page with a `productId` / the category page with a `categoryId` (one of the two, only on its own page). Screenshots are paced by the page renderer: a call can take about 15–25 s on its free tier — wait for it rather than calling again. Draft screenshots need the frontend's token-preview page to be live — until then this returns just the signed preview link, with a note. If the page renderer is not configured on this server, returns the link/URL and a note instead of an image. Always give the merchant the link from the answer (`previewUrl` for the draft, `url` for the published page): some clients do not show the screenshots to them.

render_preview

Restore a past published version of the design into the DRAFT only — not live until publish_design. Use list_design_versions for the `versionId`.

Mark an order as returned (applies refund fees).
