Description

Auctores (auctores.ai) is EU hotel cancellation and smart overbooking software for the team running the hotel, not for travellers. Booked doesn't always mean occupied: Auctores predicts, up to a year ahead, which bookings are likely to cancel or not show up, and how many rooms will actually be occupied. That insight is the foundation for many hotel decisions and workflows: rates and availability, staff rotas and housekeeping, guest messages and marketing. This connector brings it into Claude for revenue managers, general managers, front office teams and hotel groups, in chats, scheduled tasks and alongside other connectors. Smart Overbooking is the Auctores feature built on this insight to recover room revenue lost to cancellations and no-shows: on dates where cancellations are expected, it suggests how many extra rooms to sell within your limits, and can update availability in your PMS when Auto Apply is on in the Auctores app. In Claude, you review the suggestions, why extra availability changed and the revenue recovered, with realised revenue kept separate from future bookings. Claude can use the same insights for your other decisions: the bookings likely to cancel; expected occupancy against the rooms on the books; and Cancellation Intelligence, which shows where cancellations and no-shows come from by channel, room type, travel purpose, stay profile and lead time (patterns, not proven causes). Hotels use this to prepare the revenue meeting, contact guests before their free-cancellation deadline, plan staff and housekeeping on expected arrivals and pick dates for last-minute offers. The connector is read-only: Claude cannot change availability, settings or anything in your PMS. You see only the hotels your Auctores account sees, guest names and contact details are never returned, and data is hosted in Europe. Requires an Auctores account with a hotel connected through apaleo or Mews.
