Description

audesti collects customer testimonials as voice recordings: you send a link, your customer talks for 35 seconds on their phone, and audesti transcribes it and analyses it for sentiment, feature mentions, pain points and quotable "power phrases". This connector brings that testimonial library into Claude. Read your testimonials: Search and read testimonials, each with its full transcript and analysis Pull marketing-ready power phrases, with the customer and company each came from List the requests you have sent and see who has not recorded yet Get account stats: submission rate, sentiment breakdown, recording length Ask what to post next, as a ranked queue of testimonials cleared to publish Act on them (Claude confirms each with you first): Create a testimonial request and get the recording link, emailing the invite if you want Approve a testimonial for your embed widgets and public pages Correct a customer's name, company, job title or quote text Email a customer for the permission that public sharing needs Get a share link, plus links into audesti's image and video studio Record a post you made elsewhere, so the queue stays accurate Typical asks: "What do customers say about onboarding?" / "Pull three quotes for the homepage" / "Which pain points come up most?" / "Who still has not recorded?" / "What should I post this week?" Not a review platform: no star ratings, no Google or G2 import. These are testimonials you request from named customers, with a consent record on each. The connector signs in with OAuth and only sees the audesti account you connect. On the consent screen you choose read-only, or read plus changes; a read-only connection is not shown the write tools. No tool deletes a recording. Requires a paid audesti plan (Basic, Pro or Enterprise) - API and MCP access is not on the free plan.
