Description

Blackthorn Events turns Salesforce into an event platform; this MCP server lets Claude operate it directly, no exports, no copy-paste. Connect with Salesforce OAuth 2.0 + PKCE and Claude gets 94 tools across the event lifecycle: - Reporting: dashboards, event metrics, ROI, pipeline/finance snapshots, registration funnels, attendee status, session popularity, email performance, donation reports, CSV export. - Events, sessions & tickets: create/update events, ticket types, sessions; clone an event (dry-run preview first) in seconds. - Attendees & registrations: create, update, look up, and manage records. - Speakers & sponsors: create and update records tied to your events. - Forms: build registration forms, add questions, create managed dropdowns. - Email & audiences: browse templates, list segments/audiences, schedule campaigns, pull performance metrics. - Escape hatch: a SOQL query tool (SELECT-only, LIMIT-enforced) and an object-describe tool for anything else. - Every write is guarded: deletes require an explicit confirm flag, and the server resolves event names to Salesforce IDs for you, it never asks for a raw record ID or echoes internal field names into chat. Salesforce stays the system of record. Reads/writes go through standard Salesforce APIs into the Blackthorn-managed objects your team already uses, no shadow database, no bulk copy of your CRM data. Claude never sees your Salesforce password; refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Typical asks: "What's registration looking like for the Q3 conference, give me the funnel and where people drop off," "Clone last year's user conference into a new event for October," "Add a dietary-restrictions question to the registration form," "Which sponsors haven't been invoiced yet," "Export the VIP segment as a CSV," or "Schedule the reminder email for everyone who hasn't checked in yet." Built for planners, marketers, and ops teams running events on Blackthorn's Salesforce-native package.

Blackthorn Forge MCP for Native Salesforce Event Management FAQ

How the directory, categories and Discoverability Score work.

Read the methodology
How do I improve a Verified connector's discoverability?

The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.

Where is this profile measured?

This profile uses the geography attached to the latest public registry snapshot: US. Locale tags are intentionally omitted.
