Capi Agent for Merchants

For merchants who sell with Capi Agent. Connect your store and ask Claude how sales went today, why they dropped, what needs your attention, and why customers rate the service low — every answer is built from your store's real figures and compared with the period before. Claude can also set up your AI sales agent for you: add and edit knowledge base answers, adjust the agent's rules, working hours and behaviour, and turn rating requests on or off. Changes are made only if you allowed them when connecting, every change is recorded in the store's activity log, and agent changes can be undone. Privacy by design: customer identities never leave Capi — no names, phone numbers, emails, addresses or payment data — and phone numbers and emails inside conversation text are masked. Nothing is sent to your customers from Claude: campaigns are only proposed for your approval in the dashboard. Requires a Capi Agent account. Each connection is limited to one store and to your own team permissions.
