Cart Flow

Cart Flow gives Claude three tools for getting groceries from a recipe. convert_recipe takes a recipe URL, pasted recipe text, or a plain dish name and returns a structured recipe with title, servings, cooking time, instructions, and parsed ingredients with quantities and units. convert_recipe_image does the same from up to three photos or screenshots of a recipe, including HEIC shots straight from a phone. generate_instacart_link takes that structured recipe and creates an Instacart shopping page with every ingredient pre-loaded, with optional health filters such as organic or gluten-free applied per ingredient while skipping pantry staples like salt and water. Ask for a dish, paste a recipe, or share a photo of a cookbook page, and Claude hands back a link where the whole ingredient list is ready to buy.
