Description
DrawKind Secret Santa draws names for a Secret Santa or gift exchange and gives each participant a private reveal link. It is used by office and team organizers, HR and culture teams, classrooms, families, and friend groups of 3 to 60 people. List the participants, who should not draw whom, the budget, and the date. Each reveal link opens a page that shows only that person's recipient, with the recipient's wish list, the budget, and the exchange date. The pairings are encrypted inside the links, so the result in the conversation does not show who drew whom; the organizer can request a separate organizer list. Exclusions cover real groups: couples and households who should not draw each other, one-way rules such as "Ana can't draw Bo", and last year's pairs. An optional rule stops two people from drawing each other. Valid arrangements are equally likely, the result states how many your rules allow, and it explains why when no fair draw is possible. The view offers a copy-ready message for each person. Redraw makes a fresh set of links with a new draw code. Reveal pages work on phones and are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, and Japanese. For White Elephant (Yankee Swap) parties, a second tool shuffles a fair turn order, writes the rules (steal limit per gift, optional cap on steals per turn, no immediate steal-backs, a final swap for player 1), and gives a printable PDF in Letter or A4 with a gift tracker, plus a printable web page. Example: "Secret Santa for Ana, Bo, Cy, Dee, Eli and Fay; Ana and Bo are a couple so they can't draw each other; $30 budget, exchange on December 18, 2026." Limitations: it does not send messages; you share each link yourself. Links cannot be edited after a draw, so changes need a new draw. White Elephant rules are in English. The PDF font cannot print Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, or emoji names; these appear in full on the printable web page.
