Fibalo

Fibalo is Buchhaltung (bookkeeping and invoicing) for Selbstständige, Freiberufler, Kleinunternehmer, GmbH and UG in Germany, built for the handover to the Steuerberater. German accounting only: DATEV, SKR03 and SKR04, Umsatzsteuer and Vorsteuer, Reverse Charge (§ 13b UStG), Kreditoren and Debitoren, E-Rechnung as ZUGFeRD and XRechnung. Rechnung schreiben: create an Ausgangsrechnung with line items, quantities, German VAT rates, Leistungszeitraum and due date, check the totals, then issue it. Issuing assigns the next Rechnungsnummer and produces an E-Rechnung after EN 16931 for the E-Rechnungspflicht: a ZUGFeRD PDF, plus XRechnung XML when a Leitweg-ID is given for public-sector buyers. The PDF comes back as a download link and can be mailed to the customer. DATEV Export: preview the Buchungen of a period as an EXTF Buchungsstapel (Konto, Gegenkonto, BU-Schlüssel, amount), see what blocks an entry, run the export and get download links to the Buchungsstapel and Stammdaten files for the Steuerberater, or push a Beleg into DATEV Unternehmen online. Reports: BWA (Betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertung) over any range of months, BWA Jahresübersicht by Kostenart, UStVA (Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung) for a month or a quarter with Kennzahlen, Zahllast and ELSTER readiness, Ausgaben by supplier or month, Einnahmen and Ausgaben by counterparty or bank account. Each report also comes as a PDF link. Belege and bank: search Belege, Quittungen and Eingangsrechnungen by period, status, supplier, Rechnungsnummer or amount, upload a PDF or a photo, and find the payments on the Kontoauszug or PayPal that still have no receipt (fehlende Belege) for the Monatsabschluss. Fibalo files nothing with the Finanzamt or ELSTER, changes no Kontierung and gives no tax advice (keine Steuerberatung). Issuing an invoice and running an export are final and ask for confirmation first. Every call runs as the signed-in person with their own permissions.
