FiTin

FiTin（ファイティン）は、筋トレとランの記録アプリです。このコネクタを使うと、あなた自身がFiTinに記録したトレーニング・ラン・投稿を、Claudeとの会話で振り返れます。 【できること】 - 「今週のトレーニングをまとめて」: 直近の活動を要約します - 「ベンチプレスの重量の推移を見せて」: 種目別のトップセットと推定1RMの推移を確認できます - 「先月と比べてどうだった？」: 週・月単位で前の期間と比較します - 「この前のラン、ペースはどのくらい？」: ラン記録と平均ペースを確認できます - 投稿に書いた体調メモも踏まえて、振り返りの相談ができます 【安全性】 - 読み取り専用です。記録の追加・変更・削除、投稿、フォローなどの操作はできません（全ツールが読み取り専用の注釈付き）。 - 返すのは接続したご本人の記録だけです。他のユーザーのデータは取得できません。 - Claudeの会話内容は取得しません。 - 認証はOAuth 2.1です。FiTinのログイン画面と同意画面で許可した場合のみ接続されます。 【利用範囲】 - FiTinアカウント（無料で作成できます）が必要です。 - 無料プランでは直近30日の記録を参照できます。プレミアムプランでは全期間を参照できます。この線引きはFiTinアプリ内と同じです。 --- FiTin is a workout and running log app. With this connector you can review your own FiTin workouts, runs and posts in a conversation with Claude. What you can do - "Summarize my training this week": a recap of your recent activity - "Show my bench press progress": top sets and estimated 1RM over time - "How does this month compare to last month?": week/month summaries with comparison - "How was my pace on my last run?": run records with average pace Safety - Read-only. It cannot add, edit or delete records, or post anything. - Only the connected user's own records are returned. - Claude conversation content is not collected. - Authentication uses OAuth 2.1, granted only after you approve it on the FiTin sign-in and consent screens. Scope - A FiTin account is required (free to create). - Free accounts can read the last 30 days of records; Premium accounts can read all records. This is the same boundary as inside the FiTin app.
