FoxForm

FoxForm builds forms, quizzes, surveys and calculators from a plain-language description, where every answer carries points into a score, and the score decides which screen comes next and which result the person sees at the end. Conditional logic, variables and calculated fields work on every paid plan. The ten tools cover the whole loop, not just authoring: list, read, create and update forms, publish and unpublish them, then read the responses, export them, and pull per-screen analytics with views, starts, completions and drop-off. That last part is the point. You can ask for a scored funnel, publish it, and then come back later and ask which screen is losing people, without opening a dashboard in between. Published forms are served as static HTML from a CDN at forms.foxform.app, so they load fast and need no server of your own.
