Glovebox

Glovebox is the booking and fleet platform for vehicle rental operators in New Zealand and Australia. Connect it and Claude can answer questions from your own workspace data: what is picking up or returning this week, who still owes a balance, what last month made and how much of it is repeat business, which vehicles are free for a set of dates at each branch, where each car is right now and what it is booked for next, and the exact embed snippet for your booking widget. If you allow it, Claude can also propose four kinds of change: close a branch on certain weekdays or dates, set the minimum booking lead time, add a seasonal percentage rate for a date range, or take a vehicle off the road for a repair. Every proposal is shown to you first with before, after and any warnings (a rate it would override, a booking a block collides with), and nothing is applied until you say yes in the conversation. Applied changes appear on your workspace timeline. Existing rates and bookings are never edited or deleted. Connecting is sign-in only: no API keys. Sign in with your Glovebox account, tick the workspaces you own (several businesses can share one connection), and choose read-only or allow changes. Disconnect any time from Settings › Claude connector, or by switching the module off, which disconnects every Claude at once. Read-only by default. Times are shown in your workspace's timezone; money in your currency including GST. Requires a Glovebox workspace where you are an owner.
