Description

Invent is a workspace for customer conversations. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and web chat into one inbox, with contacts, AI assistants that answer customers, broadcasts and tables. Connect Invent to Claude and work with that data in plain language. Claude can read conversations and contacts, find what needs attention, draft and send replies, add or update contacts, and look up anything else in your workspace. You stay in control. When you connect, you sign in to Invent and pick the organizations Claude can use, with View (read only) or Write access for each. Claude can never do more than your own role allows. Change or remove access any time in Account > Connected apps.
