Jimmy

Jimmy is the coaching platform for modern fitness coaches: programs, clients, check-ins and payments in one place, with an app for the people you train. Other platforms sell you a second AI. Jimmy plugs into the one you already talk to every day. Ask for a session, an edit or a whole program, and it lands straight in your Workout Builder as real blocks, sets, loads and rest. Bringing programs from another app? Send a screenshot, PDF or spreadsheet and say "put this into Jimmy". Say it the way you'd say it. Your shorthand, your cues, in English, French or Spanish. Jimmy matches every exercise to your library. Anything it can't find is added as your own exercise, with a link to add a video. Loads are only saved when they're clear; everything else stays in the note, as you wrote it. Want the bigger picture? Switch on client access and ask "what's going on with my clients this week?". You'll see who's missing sessions, new PRs, weight and step trends, check-in scores and payment status, all worked out by Jimmy. Each kind of access is off until you turn it on, and you can change it any time in Settings → AI assistants. It never reads your chats, never messages clients and never changes their data. You approve the connection once, on Jimmy's own screen, and pick the training space it works in. No API keys, no tokens. €0 extra, on every Jimmy plan.
