Integration details
Description
Lettance tells private landlords in England what applies to a rented home. Give it a postcode and it returns the council licence needed there (selective, additional or HMO licensing), the planned landlord register window, and planning flags such as conservation areas. It also searches a catalogue of cited rules covering the Renters' Rights Act 2025, gas and electrical safety, deposits, notices and repairs. Every rule links to legislation.gov.uk or GOV.UK, and council answers link to the council's own sources, with research dates and open questions kept visible. Read-only: it cannot file, pay or change anything, and needs no account. It gives information, not legal advice.

Read the methodologyHow do I improve Lettance's Claude Connector discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
Where is this profile measured?
This profile uses the geography attached to the latest public registry snapshot: US. Locale tags are intentionally omitted.
