LiteLog

LiteLog is operations software made and hosted in Germany (Frankfurt, GDPR) for facility management, security services, cleaning companies, caretaking and holiday rentals. Teams document work on site with tasks, incident reports, control points, guard patrols, shift plans, time tracking, material and digital forms and checklists. This connector links your AI tool to your company's LiteLog account. Read: sites with their settings, tasks and their history, incident reports, control points, patrol routes and runs, shifts, staffing gaps and attendance, time entries, absences (never the reason), people (name and role, no contact data), customers, work orders, bookings, material, forms and open defects, automation runs, performance and service-level status, and vacation and time balances. Write (level "Read and write" only): create and update tasks, add internal comments, change task and incident status, report incidents, plan and change shifts, record or correct working times (with a reason, at most 45 days back), set up control points and patrol routes, create and update sites, request material, create form drafts, and create reports as download links (valid 60 minutes). Nothing can be deleted; approvals and publishing stay with a person. No payments. Permissions: each user signs in to LiteLog and chooses "Read" or "Read and write". The connection inherits the user's role and sites and can never do more than the user can in LiteLog. Setup: an administrator allows the AI connection once in the LiteLog portal (Features > Connections); it is off by default. Requires a package with the REST API. Disconnect any time in the portal. Every request is logged with time, user, program and tool; free text is never logged. Made in Germany by IQONEX GmbH. Data stays on servers in Germany.
