Use approved image assets, editable native email modules and targeted revisions, then open the saved result in Medal’s visual email builder. Email tools do not add recipients, send messages or activate triggers. Additional authorized tools read workspace analytics, posts, contacts, deals, customer conversations and connected channels, with separate preview and approval steps for social scheduling and publishing. Requires a Medal Social account and access to a configured workspace.
