Description
Mettlespark reads tech job ads from employers’ own hiring pages in the United States and Canada, and remote roles, every day. Ask your assistant for the newest openings for a role, what that role’s job ads ask for (the most requested skills and how often each appears, remote share, the stated pay range, how many ads and employers), or which of the role’s top ten skills you already have and what to learn first. Answers name where the figures come from and link to each job ad, the role’s report and a page on how to learn each missing skill. It covers 40-odd tech roles, from software, data and machine learning engineers to product managers and analysts. Read-only, no sign-in, and nothing about you is kept: skill names you compare are used for that answer and dropped.

The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
