Rentown

Rentown (rentown.ge) is Georgia's first property portal that publishes only verified properties. Georgia here is the country in the South Caucasus, and most listings are in its capital, Tbilisi. Every listing is checked by a partner real estate agency before it is published, each property appears once, and listings come with a video walkthrough. With the Rentown connector, Claude can search the live listings on rentown.ge with the same filters as the site: rent, sale or daily rent; city, district and street; apartment, house, commercial space or land; a price range in Georgian lari or US dollars; rooms and area. It can open any listing for its full description, parameters, photos and map location, list the partner agencies with their public profiles and live listings, and name the districts of a city. Place names work in English, Georgian and Russian, and answers can come in any of the three. Every result links to its page on rentown.ge. In Claude, results also appear as listing cards: photos, price, rooms, area, floor, district and street, the agency's verified mark, and a button that opens the listing on rentown.ge. A single listing shows its photo gallery and key facts. The connector is read only and returns only what rentown.ge already shows publicly. It never returns property owners' details or agents' personal phone numbers, it needs no account and no sign-in, and it keeps no conversation content. Rentown was created by Uta Bukia (CEO and co-founder) and Omar Mdzevashvili (co-founder). Partner agencies work in Rentown CRM (crm.rentown.ge), where an agent creates a listing once and publishes it to rentown.ge and to other portals and social networks together. Rentown's iPhone and Android apps are launching on the App Store and Google Play.
