Reps: Gym Workout Log (repsworkout.com) is a gym workout log for iPhone and Android. You log sets, reps and weights in the app, and core logging is free and works offline. With a free Reps account, this connector lets Claude read your training log and answer from your own numbers: what you trained last week, how a lift has progressed, your personal records, your saved routines and what's next in your active plan. Claude can also write to your account. It can save a new routine or a whole training plan, change an existing routine, add or edit your custom exercises, and set a note on an exercise. Before it saves a routine or a plan, or changes a routine, Claude describes the change and waits for your yes. Changes appear in the app after its next sync, or straight away when you open it. Claude can't log a workout for you, and it can't delete your workout history or your account. Reps holds only what you log in the app, so there is no heart rate, GPS, sleep or nutrition data, and nothing imported from watches or other apps. New to Reps?
