Running Workout

Running Workout connects Claude to your Garmin training. Claude reads your real activities and training profile, keeps track of your race goals and constraints, and builds structured running, cycling and swimming workouts that it schedules on your Garmin Connect calendar, so they sync to your watch. What you can do: - Get a summary of your current training: weekly volume, recent runs, reference paces such as maximal aerobic speed (VMA), goals and active plan. - Review a completed session or a whole week against what was planned. - Follow a 5K, 10K, half-marathon or marathon training plan, week by week, and push each week to the watch. - Create a one-off workout from a single sentence, for example "10 x 400 m at 95 % VMA with 1 min recovery on Thursday", with paces computed from your own data. - Record race goals, available days, equipment and coaching notes that Claude remembers from one conversation to the next. Claude asks for your confirmation before it creates, moves or deletes a workout on your calendar. Running Workout uses the official Garmin Connect Developer Program API; your Garmin password is never seen by Running Workout or by Claude, and you can revoke Claude's access at any time from your dashboard.
