Screvi

Screvi is a highlights manager and read-it-later app. Highlights from Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, PDFs, web articles, X, YouTube, and physical books land in one library that you can search by meaning. This MCP server connects that library to your assistant. Reading works with every connection: semantic and keyword search across your highlights, the full text of any saved article along with your notes and tags on it, your tag list with counts, and the daily review set from Screvi's spaced-repetition scheduler. Saving and organizing is a separate permission you approve on the consent screen. With it, the assistant can save a URL to your inbox, capture a passage as a highlight with a note, add or remove tags, rename or recolor a tag, and archive, favorite, mark read, or move articles to Later in bulk. It can also move highlights to the trash, where they stay until you restore or empty them in the app. You log in on Screvi's own page using OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, so your password never reaches the client. Read and write are separate grants. The token a client holds works on the MCP server only: it cannot sign in to the Screvi app, change your account, or create API keys. Every connected client is listed under Settings > API > Connected AI apps, and disconnecting one ends its access immediately. Screvi sees only the tool calls your assistant makes, never the rest of your conversation, and stores none of it. MCP access is included with every Screvi plan and with the free trial.
