Smartsupp

Smartsupp is a customer communication platform for commerce — live chat, chatbots and AI agents in one multichannel inbox (web chat, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger). This connector gives Claude access to your Smartsupp inbox, so you can work with customer conversations in conversation instead of switching to the dashboard. What you can do: • Search and read conversations — find them by customer, text, tag, agent or date range and read the full message history • Look up contacts — search your contact base and open a customer's profile • Reply to customers — send a message into a conversation or email a conversation transcript • Manage the queue — open and close conversations, assign or unassign an agent, list available agents • Work with tags — create, rename and delete tags, and tag or untag conversations • Pull statistics — conversation volume and agent activity for a chosen period Typical uses: summarise what a customer wrote before you reply, find every conversation about a specific problem from last week, hand a thread to the right agent, or check how the team's workload is trending. Before you connect: you need a Smartsupp account and you sign in with it during setup. The connector acts under your own permissions — it only sees what you can see in the Smartsupp dashboard.
