Vivara

Vivara is a nutrition and fitness tracker for iPhone and Android. This connector lets Claude work with your Vivara diary, so you can ask about your day and log meals in plain language. What you can do: Ask what you've eaten today and how many calories, protein, carbs and fat you have left against your Vivara goals. Look back at day-by-day calories and macros, averages, water, workouts and weight check-ins, up to three months at a time. Search Vivara's food database, powered by FatSecret, for foods and brands with calories and macros per serving. Log foods to today's diary by name, from a database match, or from your own saved foods, meals and recipes ("log my usual breakfast"), in the meal you choose. Repeating the same request within 10 minutes doesn't log it twice. Log water as you drink it, in ml or ounces, and see today's total. Remove a food Claude logged today. Foods you logged in the Vivara app are never changed. What Claude can see: your food diary, saved foods, meals and recipes, calorie and macro goals, water, weight check-ins, workouts, fasting and your weight goal. Apple Health and Health Connect data, such as steps and active energy, is not shared. You need a Vivara account. Sign in the same way you do in the Vivara app (Apple, Google or email). The connector is free on every Vivara plan, and you can disconnect it at any time from the Vivara app or from Claude.
