Vryne

Vryne is a GDPR-compliant knowledge base for organisations in Germany and Europe. Teams upload their documents – PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and scans – and get answers that cite the exact document, page and passage. This connector brings that knowledge base into Claude. What Claude can do with it: • search – semantic search across the documents your organisation has released for AI. Returns the most relevant passages with file name and page number for citations. • fetch – read a passage in its surrounding context (up to 20,000 characters), with a link back to the document in Vryne. • list_documents – browse the documents you are allowed to see, with processing status and source date. Built for regulated teams: • Read-only. The connector cannot change, upload or delete anything. • Strict access rules: one organisation per connection, only documents you may already see in Vryne, never other members' private files. • Admins can switch external AI apps on or off per organisation. Members can disconnect an app at any time under Settings → Connected apps; access ends immediately. • Application, database, document storage, backups and Vryne's own language models run in German data centres. No training on customer content. Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR available. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with your Vryne account (magic link).
