PluginrequiredCommerce - Create suppliercreate · Writes one new supplier record, including payment terms and any opening balance.GadgetOSGadgetOS

PluginrequiredCommerce - Dead stockget · Products with no sales in the lookback window, and the capital tied up in each one.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Disconnect every assistant connectionlogout · Revokes EVERY assistant connection the signed-in operator holds to this business, not only the calling one: any other ChatGPT, Claude or connected app they signed in from stops too, on every brand. Other operators and counter devices are unaffected.GadgetOSGadgetOS

PluginrequiredCommerce - Inventory valuationget · Current stock value at cost and at retail, with per-category subtotals and a shop-wide total.GadgetOSGadgetOS

PluginrequiredCommerce - Log expenselog · Writes one operating-expense row: amount in paisa, category, date and an optional note.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Low stockget · Products at or below their reorder level, with current stock on hand and the reorder point.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Manage warranty claimmanage · Opens a new warranty claim, or advances an existing one to a later status and moves the unit ledger with it. The PIN-gated rejection and refund closes are not reachable here.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Product photo upload statusget · The state of the most recent photo-upload link minted for one product — waiting, uploaded, failed part-way, expired, or never requested — and whether that product has a main photo now. A photo the owner sent that did not finish storing reads as failed, never as uploaded.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Profit summaryget · Gross profit (revenue minus cost of goods sold) over a date range. With a group_by dimension it returns the same figures broken down by that dimension instead of a single total.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Receive serialized unitreceive · Writes one serialized unit into stock, identified by its IMEI or serial number.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Receive stock batchreceive · Writes a new pooled stock batch: quantity, unit cost, and optional batch number and expiry date. The stock becomes sellable immediately.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Record customer paymentrecord · Writes a settlement row against one customer's khata balance and reduces what that customer owes. An overpayment is refused rather than banked.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Reorder suggestionsget · Suggested purchase quantities per product, derived from recent sales velocity, current stock and reorder level.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Ring up a salecreate · Writes one sale: an invoice with a receipt number, the stock decrement, and the payment. The branch, the stock lot, the price and the change are resolved by the business. Voiding or refunding it is not on this server.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Sales summaryget · Completed-sale count and revenue totals (subtotal, discount, VAT, total) for a date range, for the signed-in business's own data only. Voided, refunded and pending sales are excluded.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Sales trendget · Revenue and sale count bucketed over time (by day, week or month) across a date range.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Search reference catalogsearch · Searches the SHARED reference catalog, which is not the business's own stock, so a new product can be linked to a canonical entry.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Shop profileget · The signed-in business's own storefront details: name, address, working hours, contact channels, BIN/TIN, storefront URL, theme and plan.GadgetOSGadgetOS
PluginrequiredCommerce - Start a product photo uploadcreate · Mints one single-use browser link, valid 30 minutes, that attaches a single image of up to 5 MB as a product’s main photo — replacing and deleting the previous one where there is any. Nothing is written to the product until that file arrives.GadgetOSGadgetOS

This prevents future joins and cannot reveal or restore the original code. Call only after the user explicitly confirms the revoke action.Content LabContent Lab
PluginrequiredContent & Design - find_reservationfind · Find bookings by reservation number, guest name, or phone.
Matches the reservation number exactly-ish (prefix) and the booker's name or
phone anywhere. The search term is bound as a parameter and never
concatenated into SQL; the LIKE wildcards are added here, and any % or _ the
caller sends is escaped so it cannot widen the search.
Searching a name reaches `customer`, which the builder joins under its own
tenant guard -- a returning guest whose record belongs to another hotel is
not matched, for the same reason get_arrivals will not print their name.Fandaqah PMSFandaqah
PluginrequiredTravel & Hospitality - get_arrivalsget · Guests due to arrive at one of the caller's hotels on a given date.
on_date is YYYY-MM-DD; omit it for today.
with_names adds the booker's name from `customer`. It is off by default so
the ordinary question does not pull a page of personal data into the
conversation, and so that asking for names is a deliberate act visible in the
audit line. id_number is never returned, matching get_bookers.
A name is returned only where the customer record belongs to this same hotel.
Where it does not -- the builder's Join guard -- the name comes back null
rather than reaching into another tenant's registry, and `names_withheld`
counts those rows so the omission is visible instead of looking like missing
data.
The result is capped. `count` is always the true total for the date, so a
truncated page can never be mistaken for a smaller day.Fandaqah PMSFandaqah
PluginrequiredTravel & Hospitality - get_availabilityget · Rooms with no confirmed booking overlapping a date range.
Omit both dates for tonight. from_date is the arrival, to_date the departure,
so a one-night stay is from 2026-08-05 to 2026-08-06.
Overlap is `date_in < to_date AND date_out > from_date`, the half-open form:
a booking that departs on the morning you arrive does not conflict, and
treating it as one is how a hotel loses a sellable night. Only 'confirmed'
bookings block a room -- cancelled and no-show stays do not.
A room absent from this list is booked, not necessarily occupied; a room
present may still be out of service. Cross-check get_maintenance and
get_room_status_history before promising anything.Fandaqah PMSFandaqah
PluginrequiredTravel & Hospitality - get_bookersget · Who booked: the guest whose name is on the reservation.
Reads `customer`, the PMS's record of the person who made the booking, and the
tool to reach for when someone asks who is staying. Measured on the replica:
96% of reservations carry a customer, against 0.1% carrying a registered guest.
Neither id_number nor token is ever returned. id_number is a passport or
national id, and the column is populated in the database on purpose so that its
absence here is a demonstrable exclusion rather than an empty column.Fandaqah PMSFandaqah
PluginrequiredTravel & Hospitality - get_booking_sourcesget · Booking channels configured for the hotel, with agent commission terms.
is_travel_agent separates OTAs and agencies from direct channels;
commission_rate is meaningful only for those.Fandaqah PMSFandaqah
PluginrequiredTravel & Hospitality - get_cancellationsget · Cancelled and no-show bookings for a month, with reasons where recorded.
These are exactly the rows get_revenue excludes, which is why they are worth
a tool of their own: the difference between the two is the revenue that did
not happen. The ENUM spells it 'canceled' with one L.Fandaqah PMSFandaqah

What is Tool Explorer?
Tool Explorer indexes the callable tool names and descriptions attached to public registry profiles. It is useful for seeing what agents can actually invoke, not just which profile exists.
How do category and verb filters work?
Category filters use the live registry category rollup. Verb filters use the public tool insights rollup, so the page stays backed by the same read models as the tracker charts.
Why do auth requirements matter?
Auth requirements show whether a tool is likely usable without account connection, requires authentication, is private, or is unknown in the current snapshot.
